Dear Parishioners.
I appreciate your taking the time to fill out the Parish Census form that is included in this week’s bulletin. It is very important that you return the information as soon as possible. We have made next Sunday, March 25, available for you to return the form to the lower church after all masses. volunteers will be available to take the form and answer any questions you may have. No information will be given to credit agencies, sales corporations or the I.N.S.
Filling out this census will also help us to assess the future needs of the Parish.
1. Your Parish ID number can be found on your offertory envelope. It is the 4 digit number found under the date. The 992 is the Parish ID number. If you are a new parishioner and registering for the first time, an ID number will be assigned to you. If you have a problem finding the number, please call Mrs. Von Stein at the Rectory office and she will assist you.
2. On the reverse side of the census form is the code for Parish Ministries. Whatever Ministries you and your family are participating in can be found listed under the Parish Ministry Column.
